Branding, Design Theme, and Colors for your Invoice and Payment Page

You can customize your invoices and payment page with a variety of designs, and incorporate your brand colors too. Your business information is also displayed.

What can I customize?

You can customize the following branding on your payment page and invoices:

1. Design theme. There are 8 options:
   • Metrix: A sharp, angular design.
   • Artistic: Design with an abstract background in your logo color.
   • Classic: Simple, professional, no-frills theme.
   • Minimal: Even simpler theme - standard fonts, no colors. Ideal for printing.
   • Beach, Business District, Event/Concert, Vitanic: Themes with an image at the top.
2. Accent color. Options include:
   • Standard: Dark blue.
   • Logo color: Brand color inferred from your business logo using AI. Of course, this only works if you have uploaded a logo.
   • Custom color: Select a color of your choice.
3. Business logo. This is displayed near the top.
4. Business name. If they are different, the legal name and commonly used name/DBA are both shown.
5. Business phone number. Must be a US or Canadian phone number.
6. Business email address. Can be the same as or different from your Encyro account email address.
7. Business address.
8. EIN or BN.

How to customize invoice/payment page branding

1. Log into your Encyro account if you haven’t already.
2. Click Invoicing in the left menu.
3. If you have not completed the merchant approval process, click Enable invoicing, customize the above settings and enter other business info, and click Continue to Helcim. More details here: Merchant Onboarding
4. If you have completed this process, click Invoice Branding & Design, edit the settings you want to, and click Save.
