Invoicing and Accounts Receivables, Collections, Aging

The Invoicing page displays a breakdown of your accounts receivable, organized into three sections: Open, Overdue, and Paid, Refunded, Void.

Each section lists individual invoices (and messages/files/e-sign requests that have a payment associated) with key details such as due date, creation date, payer information, and amount.

This basic AR aging view is designed to help you quickly assess which payments are pending, which are overdue, and which have been completed or canceled.

    1. Ensure you have enabled invoicing in your Encyro account. If not, follow these instructions: Enable invoicing.
    2. Click Invoicing in the left menu.
    3. Here, you will see all requested payments organized into Open, Overdue, and Paid, Refunded, Void categories.
      • Colors: Each invoice status has a color associated:
        • Blue: Unpaid, not overdue.
        • Orange: Overdue 30 or fewer days.
        • Red: Overdue more than 30 days.
        • Green: Paid.
        • Grey: Voided or refunded.
      • Sorting: Use the dropdown menu near the top to sort payment requests:
        • Due date: Sort by when the payment for the item is due. You can choose to see oldest first or newest first.
        • Created date: Sort by when the item was sent/created. Just like Due Date, you can choose to see oldest first or newest first.
        • Customer name/email: Sort payment requests by the customer name - if no customer name is provided, email is used instead.
        • Amount: Sort by the total price/amount of each item. Choose to see highest (most expensive) first or lowest (least expensive) first.
