Managing Saved Products, Fees, Taxes, Discounts
When you send an invoice, the products, taxes, fees, and discounts used are automatically saved for re-use. The saved items act like templates and are automatically suggested as you start typing a similar product name or other item description when creating an invoice.
To manage saved products, fees, taxes, and discounts, use the Invoicing page.

Ensure invoicing is enabled in your Encyro account. If it isn’t, follow these instructions: Enable invoicing.

Click Invoicing in the left menu.
Products
Products are representations of goods or services that you sell, including information such as discountability, taxability, description, and price.
Click the Products tab on the Invoicing page to manage these.
Create a product
- Click New product towards the top right.
- Specify the necessary information about this product.
- Click OK. This product will now appear on the Products tab, and when you’re creating invoices.
Edit a product
- Find the product that you wish to edit.
- Click the pen icon towards its right.
- In the dialog that opens, make any needed changes to the product.
- Click OK.
Delete a product
- Find the product that you wish to delete.
- Tap the X icon towards its right.
- You will see a confirmation dialog. Click Delete.
Fees, taxes, discounts
These represent additional charges or discounts you add, either on a whole invoice or a specific line item, including information such as description, amount, and compoundedness.
Manage these using the Fees, Discounts, and Taxes tabs.
Create a fee, tax, or discount
- Click New fee, New tax, or New discount.
- Enter details:
- Description
- Whether this item is percentage-based or a flat amount
- Amount/percentage
- Whether this item is compounded
- If this item is a fee, whether this item is discountable or taxable
- Click OK. This item will now be available when creating invoices.
Edit a fee, tax, or discount
- Find the item you wish to edit.
- Click the pen icon towards its right.
- In the dialog that opens, make any needed changes.
- Click OK
Delete a fee, tax, or discount
- Find the item you wish to delete.
- Click the X icon towards its right.
- You will see a confirmation dialog. Click Delete.
