Issue an invoice using a saved template
How do I use a previously saved template?
When you click the New invoice button, all previously saved templates will show up near the top.
- Click on the name of any template to start a new invoice with that template.
- Add customer: Enter the email address, and optionally, the name of the person who will be paying this invoice. To add more customer information, click More customer info.
- Change other items as needed: If needed, edit the line items, fees, taxes, discounts, due date, bottom message, etc.
- Issue the invoice: To finalize the invoice, click Send or Get link (If you click Get link, make sure to copy the link shown).
