“Send Similar”: A Faster Way to Reuse Past Messages, E-Sign Requests, and Invoices
We’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes your Encyro workflows faster and more flexible — Send Similar.
In the past, if you wanted to reuse an e-sign request, secure message, or an invoice, you needed to first save it as a template. But what if you forgot to save a template?
Now, with Send Similar, you can simply scroll to any item you’ve sent before and reuse it in a couple of clicks — no need to pre-save anything.
No more “I wish I had saved that” moments
We’ve all been there — you send a well-crafted message, or an e-sign request with a lot of fields to fill, and later want to send something similar, only to realize you didn’t save it as a template. With Send Similar, any past item becomes instantly reusable.
Works with any message, e-sign request, or invoice
Just find the previously sent item on your Documents or Dashboard page and click the three dots toward the right, and then Send Similar to start editing and sending it again. Effectively, every item is a template!
Templates are still there — if you want them
The traditional template feature still works just like before. Templates are still useful because:
- Templates are available for easy access when composing a new e-sign request, message, or invoice. You need not find the correct previously sent item manually.
- You can combine multiple templates, such as one template for a state form and another for a federal form, in the same e-sign request.
Now you get the best of both worlds: reusable items with or without templates.
How It Works
This feature requires an Encyro Pro membership.
- Go to any message, e-sign request, or invoice you’ve sent in the past.
- Click the three dots toward the right and in the popup menu, click the “Send Similar” option.
- A new compose form opens with the previous data filled in (recipients or signers must be specified again).
- You may then apply additional templates or make edits.
Finally, send it like usual.
This small feature unlocks a big boost in speed and ease. Try it the next time you think, “Wish I had a template for that…”
